300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Become the Go-To Yoga Teacher in Your Community.

Build a Sustainable Career, Teach with Confidence, and Deepen Your Connection to Ancient Wisdom.
The 300hr Evidence-Based Teacher Training brings together research in neurology and movement science, so we understand with clarity what really supports mental and physical health. We explore ancient wisdom from across the ages, from the Upanishads and the sutras through to the tantra & hatha innovations.
Bringing all this into a cohesive framework gives our graduates a level of expertise and depth of knowledge to truly stand out in their field and create unique offerings.

Teach with real depth, backed by science and philosophy.
- Trading hours for low-paying classes with no room to grow
- Second-guessing yourself around injuries, anatomy or complex bodies
- Want more creativity and freedom in the way you share asana?
- Wanting deeper knowledge but not sure where to focus next

Join the 300hr Day in the LifeI know this is a big decision
Maybe you're teaching well, but something still feels unfinished, or you're carrying a quiet sense that there's more you could offer if you had the right depth of knowledge behind you. This training was built with exactly that in mind. Along the way, it helps you move past:
- Feeling uninspired or stuck in your teaching, with a step by step approach that covers everything from pranayama and meditation through to asana and movement science
- Financial uncertainty and exhausting schedules, with a clear business and marketing framework to plan your yoga career around
- The slog of planning classes from scratch every week, with a repeatable creative sequencing approach that still leaves room for your own voice
- Feeling limited to general instruction, with modules that give you real, evidence based tools for anxiety, trauma, back pain and nervous system regulation
- Finding time to study without burning out, with flexible learning that fits around your life rather than competing with it

Join the community of teachers ready to excel
Delivered online or blended with live training in Bristol, this advanced training combines movement science, pain science and trauma-sensitive teaching with the classical philosophy of yoga. It gives you the depth, confidence and certification to teach at the next level.

Is this training for you?
THIS IS FOR YOU IF you want the expertise to support your students more deeply, and to create unique offers that let you stand in your own expertise. Your yoga career will thrive.
You love to understand the science behind ancient yoga techniques, the neurology behind pranayama, and pain science. Along the way you will deepen your own practice, exploring lesser known techniques like the bandhas in real depth. It's for the teacher who loves to bring a multi layered approach to teaching, who wants to be inclusive and have fun with creativity.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU if you want one fixed system of yoga, a guru to follow, or the strict answers of dogma. This is a deep dive, a creative exploration, and a community of seekers deeply supported in finding depth in both their practice and their teaching.

Frequently Asked Questions
What qualification will I get?
Together with your 200-hour training, the 300-hour training certifies you at 500-hour level, and on completion you'll receive an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certificate listing the core modules you've studied.
You can register with both Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance Professionals in the UK, although the two have different requirements for live study, so it depends a little on how you choose to learn. If you study mainly in your own time, with around 45 hours of live study on Zoom, you'll be eligible for Yoga Alliance US. Yoga Alliance Professionals asks for more live, real-time study, so if UK registration matters to you, joining the live sessions in Bristol or on Zoom will make sure you meet it.
Who is this course for?
Whether you completed your 200hr with Laura or another provider, this is your next step. It's ideal if you want to specialise, improve your earning potential, revitalise your practice, or understand the science behind the body and neurology.
How do I pay for the course?
A £1,000 deposit secures your place. You can then pay the remaining balance in full, or spread it over 12 or 18 monthly payments by direct debit, as shown in the payment options above, and you're welcome to pay off your outstanding balance at any time.
If you need to change your payment schedule, just get in touch and we can agree this together in writing. A late payment fee of £30 applies to overdue amounts without agreement, and we're unable to offer refunds or cancellations on any payment plan.
Am I ready for this?
If you've completed a 200-hour training and feel drawn to go deeper, you're very likely ready. There's no particular level of asana you need to reach before joining, and you won't be asked to perform advanced postures or keep up with anyone else in the room. We work with bodies of all shapes, ages and abilities, and the training is designed so that your own practice can meet you exactly where you are, whether that's strong and energetic or gentler and more restorative.
Some teachers join while teaching several classes a week, while others have only taught a handful or have taken a break for a few years and want to return with fresh confidence. Each of these starting points is welcome, and the mix of experience in the group is part of what makes it so rich. You'll learn as much from the conversations with your fellow trainees as from the modules themselves.
You'll be supported throughout, with targeted practices for each module, recordings you can return to whenever you need, and the chance to ask questions as they come up, so nothing is left hanging. The community that forms around each training tends to become a real source of encouragement long after the course ends.
If you're still unsure, you're very welcome to book a call with me, and we can talk through where you are now and whether this feels like the right next step for you.
How is the training delivered?
Study fully online with high-quality pre-recorded content, or blend with live training on Zoom or in Laura's central Bristol studio. All live sessions are recorded. Each module includes a comprehensive manual, plus workbooks for the business and marketing module.
How much study time do I need?
Beyond the training days for each module and course reading, aim to allocate roughly one day a week to studying, using short pre-recorded videos with an easy Q&A option for any questions.
Can I complete this course 100% online?
Yes! You can study fully online, or choose our Blended Option, joining us in person for selected studio intensives, with full online portal access either way.
What if I can’t attend a live module date?
Life happens! Every live session, whether you'd planned to join us in the Bristol studio or on Zoom, is recorded on Zoom, and the recordings are sent to you after each intensive so you can catch up in your own time.
Can I talk to someone before I decide?
Yes! If you'd like to talk it through first, you can book a 15-minute call with Laura.
What if I’ve been out of study for a long time?
Don’t worry, we have teachers who are newer to the field, and others who haven’t taught for a long time, as well as those who’ve been teaching for decades. We’re all here to learn and support each other. You can check in any time, so you never feel overwhelmed or left behind.
