A massive warm welcome to my Yoga Hub

I am happy to share the hub with you. This is the easiest way to fit moments of ease into our busy lives. Practices you can do on or off the mat. I was not always the contented yogi you see today, I had severe depression in my teens; but gradually yoga helped me find my way back to health.
Since 1990 I have explored yoga, meditation & somatics techniques with experts from around the world. Here I share my own method, a combination of the the most nurturing, calming, strengthening and energising techniques. We have a lot of fun with playful asana; alongside practices that shift anxiety & help alleviate aches and pains. I offer yoga not as a way to be more perfect, but as a way to realise perhaps we are OK as we are already!
Come on in and try it out. It's amazing what you can do when you give yourself 5 or 10 minutes two or three times a week to just be YOU.
