When and Where?

  • We start on Sunday 14th May. You will receive access to the full programme and I will run a live mellow flow on Sunday 14th May as well as other live events during the week & ongoing as part of the membership. 
  • All the content is online on your laptop, or phone- download the Kajabi app, put in your email address that you signed up with and you are good to go. So simple!
  • I will publish times of the live events in BST- British Summer Time and they will be at various times. I will also save recordings to the app so you can enjoy them whenever suits you.

Days 1-5 The first 5 days- 14th-18th May access will be granted as soon as you sign up here today.

Days 6-14 If you'd like to continue for try another 5 days completely free, you will need to add payment details at this point- but no payment is taken for another 5 days and you can enjoy the free access, even if you do decide it's not for you & unsubscribe. 

Membership

If you realise this really make all the difference to your quality of life- then there are 2 payment options, annual or monthly.

The annual fee is £237 = £4.55 a week or £19.75 a month, taken as one payment. Or a monthly fee of £35 or £8.07 a week. 

Bursary 

I offer a bursary if the costs are prohibitive, out of my own pocket. Please only apply for a bursary if there is a genuine need. I run a small business, a single parent household and living costs for all of us are high. Thank you.

Are there classes to meet my specific needs?

Enjoy practices that support both physical and mental health with yoga practices that are relevant today. Laura's teaching is based on 30 years of experience but with an updated approach that includes an understanding of pain science, mental health, neurology and movement science.

Laura's teaching covers options for different levels of mobility, different body-shapes & needs.

The playful dynamic creative asana, is just one part of the picture. 

There are gentle practices that can be done in bed, many more inclusive for those who can get to the ground and up to standing.

Yes we have short classes & gentle practices you can do from home, from the office, from your bed. 

Back Pain? 

Sign on up! I have crafted a specific group of classes from within the hub, plus the educational content you need about pain- since the research shows pain education supports healing from pain.

Fascia Focus

Yes- you will learn about fascia through the fascia focus classes and find more easeful movement and mindfulness as a result. 

Anxiety?

You will find classes that can support you here if you prefer a wider range of practices, including trauma sensitive mindfulness and breath work. The Yoga for Anxiety Course is included within Yoga Hub. This takes you on a 6 month guided practice, to specifically re-attune the brain from anxious to more ease.

Specific skills- like headstand, handstand or splits?

Yes there are classes that guide you towards or to these poses. Let me know what's calling you, I love to share these specific skills too & we will have community events to work with specific skills.

Complete Beginner?

I recommend you start with the Intro to yoga course, to introduce you to some of the main concepts and poses in a structured way. This is included within the Yoga Hub, alongside more beginners' classes. 

 

What Makes Yoga Hub Unique is the depth & creativity of the teaching you receive.

As well as a hub of classes &b community you can also follow specially laid out courses to deepen your practice.

We include a full Intro to yoga Course for complete beginners to understand the fundamental concepts of yoga as well as the postures. 

There is also a chakra course for an exploration of the chakras to enhance your awareness of the "subtle body". 

From dynamic practices to deep relaxation, we don't assume that a gentle practice is for a beginner.

This is a non-judgmental space where we encourage yoga as a process of enquiry, not just an exercise routine. 

Explore breath work & meditation alongside the posture practices. The classes are taught in a  trauma sensitive way, empowering you to find what works for you. Enjoy creativity that comes from yoga combined with mobility work and somatics- a very gentle practice. 

This is yoga based on an understanding of movement science, neurology and pain science-  to enhance your mobility, strength and ease.
