Join Laura for her New Year Retreat Day 2024

 

10am - 4pm at Studio 16,
Bristol School of Yoga

We would love to welcome you to a day where we focus on compassionate awareness and practice. Yoga has a history of engaged action, and we can find ways to support ourselves & each other to feel resilient so that we can support others.

Expect a creative, inclusive practice, breath work & a loving-kindness meditation. We'll have a shared meal to celebrate community and find ways to feel empowered - despite the violence we see in the world.

Tickets can be booked individually, or as a gift voucher for someone else.

Make sure to secure your spot as soon as possible, as we have limited capacity.

About your teacher

I'm Laura 

I am SO ready to help you gain in confidence and skills to share this incredible world of yoga. 

Yoga has been my life path. I started practice when I was 20 and continued to explore in many forms for the last 30 years + more!

It takes time but, it's been a path from fear, shame & isolation, to a sense of self-worth & of having lots of love and  knowledge to share! 

We may have life experiences that are hard. But the yoga can help us realise we are actually ok, just as we are. 

Join me on a journey of yoga teaching- of self-love & self-worth that we can share with others through the practice. Let's live & teach with unapologetic confidence.
